An SPF record is a type of Domain Name System (DNS) record that identifies which mail servers are authorized to send email on behalf of your domain. SPF records helps to prevent email spoofing and improve email deliverability.
How to Set Up SPF for SendGrid
You must configure SPF and DKIM for SendGrid in order to allow it to send emails on your domain’s behalf. Follow the instructions below to set up your SPF record with SendGrid or change your existing SPF record to add SendGrid and increase email deliverability:

If your domain already has an SPF record, it must be updated to include SendGrid’s SPF mechanism. For example, your current record may look like this:
v=spf1 include:sendgrid.net ~all
