Do you have a free plan?

Yes, we have a free plan for volumes of less than 10,000 emails per month with limited features.
Does my free trial limit my access to features?

We want you to explore our product in full. Trials of every package give you access to the features available in the package. The free plan has limited features with no automated enforcement. If you wish to put your domain on the path to DMARC enforcement p=reject, choose a package that has the feature.
Will my emails get affected if I add a DMARC record?

Skysnag starts with a DMARC record at p=none to make sure there is no impact on your emails.
Does Skysnag have access to my email content?

Skysnag doesn't read email content. Skysnag parses, analyzes, and enriches DMARC XML reports, and SPF requests.
How do I know how many emails do I send?

It is difficult to estimate the number of emails sent from an organization's authorized sources. We suggest signing up for our 14-day trial; it will give you a better understanding of your mail volume.
Can you invoice me?

Sure can! Email us support@skysnag.com at and let us know your exact requirements. We know some companies need our W-9 and other info.
We use Google Apps/Outlook, is my domain DMARC enforced?

It is the responsibility of the domain owner to set up email protocols. This cannot be done by Google, Outlook, or other mail clients. If you have issues with your domain host, Google does not provide support (this is mentioned publicly).
We use a third-party sending service such as Postmark or Sendgrid, is my domain enforced with DMARC?

Third-party email services like Postmark, Sendgrid, and others, can only enforce SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for the messages sent out of their servers. They don't have any control over your DNS, so they can't enforce DMARC for your domain.
We use a reporting tool/manage DMARC internally, is that enough?

Reporting tools cannot enforce DMARC; they require continuous DNS modifications and reading XML DMARC reports. This is tedious, wastes hours of engineers' time, and often leaves domains with DMARC misconfigurations.
